Employee Data Quality
Reconcile Employee All Jobs against current Filled Position Control. This screen surfaces missing employees, job/location differences, terminated employees still assigned, duplicate assignments, multiple active jobs, and missing required employee data.
What This Reconciles
Employee All Jobs → Position Control: Employee ID, Primary Job, Job Number and Location are compared against the current Filled Position dataset.
Employment status: terminated/inactive employees are checked for current filled assignments.
Completeness: missing Employee ID, location, Primary Job, Job Number, username and email are surfaced.
Review Priority
Critical: terminated employee still assigned.
High: missing position match, Position Control-only employee, Primary Job mismatch or Location mismatch.
Medium: Job Number mismatch, duplicate assignment or missing required data.
Multiple active jobs are informational because multiple jobs can be legitimate and should be reviewed in context.
Employee Reconciliation Findings
Use the filters to isolate a specific type of employee discrepancy, then export the current filtered view for HR/Payroll review.
Employee All Jobs
Import the Employee-with-alljobs export, review every employee/job assignment, and correlate Employee ID, Job Num, Primary Job, and Location back to the current Filled Position Control data.
Import Employee All Jobs
Use the Employee-with-alljobs CSV or Excel workbook. This is stored separately from Position Control and then correlated by Employee ID, Location, Primary Job/Job Code, and Job Number.
Correlation Logic
Exact Job/Location Match: Employee ID exists in current Filled Positions and location + job align, with Job Num considered where available.
Employee Found / Job Detail Differs: employee exists in Position Control, but this all-jobs assignment differs in job/location details.
No Current Position Match: the employee ID is not found in the current Filled Position dataset.
The source file remains authoritative for its own Employee All Jobs fields; correlation does not alter either source.
Employee Job Explorer & Correlation
The Detail view exposes the complete uploaded employee/job record plus correlated current Position Control values. Employee Rollup summarizes all jobs, locations, and job numbers per employee.
